By booking a stay at Pure Haven, you agree to our terms and conditions. Reservations require valid payment details and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Check-in is available from by the time you check-in, with check-out by the time you check-out, and late check-out may incur an additional fee. Cancellations made 5 days before check-in are refundable; after this period, a cancellation fee of 30% applies, and no-shows are charged the full booking amount. Smoking is prohibited indoors, pets are allowed in select rooms for an extra fee, and guests are responsible for their behavior and any damages caused during their stay. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property, and we encourage guests to secure valuables in room safes. Special requests, including accessibility needs, are subject to availability. Guest information is collected for booking purposes only and stored securely in compliance with privacy laws. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes posted on our website.
