These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pure Haven Luxury Hotel's services, website, and mobile application.
By using our services, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and accepting these Terms.
Booking and Reservation
1. Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card or payment.
2. Cancellation Policy:
-Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival date.
-Reservations are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
-14-day cancellation notice required for Group Reservations.
-7-day cancellation notice required for Long-Stay Reservations
-Less than 48 hours' notice have 1-night room charge + taxes.
-No-show have Full room charge + taxes.
-Early departure have 1-night room charge + taxes.
-Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
-Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
-Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions.
-Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) are subject to their cancellation policies.
-Special events, holidays, or peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation policies.

Payment and Pricing
1. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, cash, and GCash.
2. Room Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice.
3. Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes and fees will be added to the room rate.
4. Deposit: A deposit may be required for certain bookings.
Hotel Policies
1. Check-in/Check-out: 9:00 A.M. - 12 A.M. the next day.
2. Minimum Stay:
-1 night minimum stay for standard periods
-3 nights minimum stay for peak season
-Minimum stay varies depending on special occassions or holidays.
-Long-stay discounts are available for 7+ nights of minimum stay.
3. Maximum Occupancy: Varies depending on the room that was booked or reserved.
4. Smoking Policy:
-Smoking is prohibited in all types of rooms.
-Smoking violation fee would be $250
5. Pets: Our hotel is pet-friendly and there is no restrictions for any types or breeds of pets.
Liability and Responsibility
1. Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for damages or losses caused to hotel property.
2. Hotel Liability: The hotel shall not be liable for unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
3. Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be liable for events like natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Dispute Resolution
1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
2. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by Metro Manila, Philippines laws.
Governing Law
1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Metro Manila, Philippines laws.
Changes and Updates
1. The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms without notice.
2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the hotel's website.
