General Terms and Conditions Eligibility for Booking: All guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in. Reservation Policy: Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person. A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. A deposit may be required depending on the booking type. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations will incur a charge equal to one night's stay. No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged for the first night of their stay. Check-in / Check-out Times: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
